"If you tell me to jump then I'll die"

White Lies. Love them. My sister is a music guru and my constant source of new artists, she is, well was my official iPod updater when I needed to step up my music game. She introduced me to White Lies after she attended their concert and claimed, "They are amazing live." Up until about weeks ago I had to once again trust in her music expertise; luckily, thanks to my friend Rosa, I had the chance to see them live for myself at Paradiso here in Amsterdam. The show was sold out, but we were able to find amazing seats in the balcony to enjoy the entire show. Lindsay was right and they were amazing live, a few technical difficulties towards the end but, perfection is impossible. Surprisingly there are lost of amazing bands headed to Amsterdam this winter, which is always a good excuse to bear the cold and rainy Hollnd winter--stay tuned for more show reviews.
