"On and On and On We'll Stay Together"

As I mentioned in an earlier post, Colin and I got to see on of my personal go-to bands, Wilco at Paradiso this past week. We almost didn't get to go because the place I bought the tickets, "Had trouble delivering them." I worked some magic and we got the tickets...right as we were walking in the door. Wilco is one of those bands that always seems to have a song for that exact emotion you're feeling no matter what it may be; happy, sad, in love, they've gotcha covered. It was sold out but shows at Paradiso always feel intamate no matter how many people are jam packed into the auditorium. We found great seats in the top level balcony and set up camp on a bench overlooking the show for the night. I do have to admit, I got into Wilco as a fair weather listener when they got a more popular with the masses so I didn't know too many of their older songs that they played. Nonetheless it was a great show and I was very happy we got to go together. I found a You Tube video of Wilco's 2007 performance of my favorite song at Paradiso; could do without the dude singing in the background...but you get the idea.
